Back from Mephit Mini Con, which was a blast.
I enjoyed hanging out with Khaosdog, Alectorfencer, Bluepanther, Alpha_Ki, Bloodhoundomega, Nelenadiskai, Vorndess, Serena, Shexarion, Anatoliba, Titana and and and many more. It was awesome but also a reminder to me what for I go to Conventions, namely for the people.
I only dragged along Therdeban art, so sales didnt go that good. Still, I returned with a nice amount of cash. But it is a fact, my end in the Furry Fandom has come. I love to brainfart around with the other artists, I can still draw half asleep and only running on Coffee, I still enjoy the Conventions a lot. But its not anymore the same as years ago when I'd drag along a billion things. This time I was surprised at how quick I was packed. I also got hooked with archery. Reesa, Eisfuchs and Tabalon showed me how (because I need this as a feel to get Therdeban accurate) and... I want a bow.
But now its back to the normal trot.
I'm glad to be contracted for another few lessons next year, this removes some of my job worries. But it still isnt what I was aiming for. I may pimp up my 45% employment with courses.
Also, Therdeban is still waiting for its final 5 chapters, then I will start thinking if I will split and if where. My guess is 22. But we shall see.
I've also begun illustrations and collections for a little world pamphlet I plan to accompany Therdeban, most likely by my own print. Like, all you want to know about some creatures, some characters, architecture, environment, deities and worldbuilders.
For now, off for some coffee
