book of eternety by akeyla book of eternety by akeyla
Finally finished it. This book has a lot of work hidden in its pages and is definitly one of the most precioust ones I ever made. It has real leather and moonstones. The decoration is coppergold polymer, left unpainted with just a touch of black antiquing. The book consists of 600 pages handdyed, handsewn and handbound pages, a tripple cardboard protects the book, the sides are strenghtened with epoxy, the inside covered in red satin.
This book is for my book, meaning, a book for my novel. I may soon open commissions for books like these. Ask for details if you are interested.

It looks like you sculpted the polymer corners right on the book. Is that right? So the whole book went in the oven to harden the polymer clay? o_o
